360 Surveys are a valuable tool in supporting the professional development of your current and future leaders.

Feedback is sought from the individual as a self assessment, from their line manager, direct reports, peers and stakeholders through an online tool.

Either using E2A's suite of leadership competencies or your own organisation's framework, we create bespoke reports which allow colleagues to rate the individual against key statements. 

There are also opportunities for comments to support and inform the individual's development.

Engagement Index

How can we address concerns around work-life balance, improve communication and enable everyone to feel more engaged in key organisation priorities?

Devising a wellbeing strategy enables organisations to gain insights and address the stressors and blockers to working well together. 

The Engagement Index is a confidential online survey-based process which provides a benchmark in order to identify and explore key themes that have a positive and negative impact on employee wellbeing and engagement and includes:

  • A Confidential online survey

  • Up to 10 bespoke statements

  • A data profile and index of statements measured on a 5 point scale

  • A report on the key findings of the survey

  • A feedback session to explore the key themes that emerge from the survey

  • Recommendations for exploration of these themes

The process is fully supported throughout, with advice on how to devise a strategy, put together a representative team and explore what is working well and what can be built upon to be more effective.  The process also allows you to measure the impact of action plans on wellbeing and engagement.
